Is Ted Cruz the Leader he is cracked up to be?

All,
OK, Ted Cruz demonstrated once again his negative ability to throw wrenches into the works of government.
But does he have the right stuff to take on the Big Boys in DC?
The House passed an Emergency Bill to address the border crisis, due in no small measure to his ability to influence a select audience of Republican representatives. We should should recognize his leadership on that point.
But does Ted have what it takes to lead a wider audience on the national stage?
His Senate went home on vacation, a very unimpressive outcome. Throwing bricks through the window of the Republican House is one thing, but does Ted have the HUEVOS to take on Harry Reid?
How about Ted forcing the Senate (of which he is a member) to come back to work and act on the House Emergency Bill?
It is time to put up or shut up, Ted. Or as we said in the Marine Corps, "Lead. follow, or get the Hell out of the way!"
